COMMERCIAL LAW & LITIGATION
I assist businesses in assessing their claims or claims against them under German civil and company law. Where litigation is desired by my client or initiated by the counterparty, I represent my client in front of the respective courts. Where the enforcement of a court's decision is possible, I see to its completion.
TAX
I am specialized in identifying the status for FATCA- and CRS-forms under German law and for W-forms under US law. I can also assist in specific German tax issues and income tax returns.

II want to use my legal skills, my international experience and my personal network to create value and to help others.
I studied at the universities in Passau and Göttingen (Germany), in Bangor (UK) as well as at Tongji University in Shanghai. I went to high-school in Germany and in Colombia. I have worked for the International Organization for Migration in Beijing, for the investment bank Berenberg in London, for the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hamburg and for the human rights organization Memorial in Moscow. I have grown up bilingual German and Spanish and I now also speak Chinese, Russian, French and Italian.
